Immagine e parola

With the finissage of the exhibition Giorgio Griffa. Alter Ego, 1979-2008, IGAV organized an event called “Immagine e Parola” (Image and Speach).

Pictures and words, in art, are in relationship, also in the work of Griffa, with his thought about the linguistic sign. In every art, in every historical period, words were been important: from concret to visual poets, from conceptual to graffiti artists, the approach with the language is been always essential.

At the table of discussion, Martina Corgnati, Cristina Giudice, Massimo Leone, Roberto Mastroianni and Alessandro Demma, critics and teachers of art.
